I grew up on a grain farm in Burlington, Illinois, where I learned the value of hard work, patience, and adaptability. That experience—and the strong sense of community I was raised with—continues to influence how I approach challenges and work collaboratively today.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially in the garden, it’s one of my favorite ways to relax and recharge. I also love the energy of live music, attending concerts and professional sporting events whenever I can. Traveling is another passion of mine, as it gives me the chance to explore new places and experiences.
